Hidden down a quiet lane in the heart of Killarney, Stonechat is a restaurant with deep roots and a spirit all its own. Our building has stood here for over 250 years — once a humble rest stop where travellers would pay a few coins to sleep under the same roof as sheep and cattle. It was a place of pause and shelter, full of stories, laughter, and the scent of the Irish countryside.
